Joe Colonero
Owner
Born and raised in Berwyn, IL, Joe now calls Aurora home. With a B.S. in Air Traffic Control Management and an A.S. in Automotive Technology from Lewis University, Joe combines precision and technical know-how in leading our team. Outside work, he enjoys spending quality time with family, tinkering with cars, building computers, and indulging his passion for anything aviation-related.
Jess Colonero
Owner
Jess grew up in Warrenville, IL, and currently lives in Aurora with her family. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Early Childhood Education and Business Administration from Elmhurst College and an MBA in Leadership from Aurora University. Jess balances her leadership role by spending time with her children, Lorenzo and Charlene, and enjoys reading, DIY projects, and socializing with friends.

Originally from Mexico City, Carlos is now a valued part of our Aurora-based team. With a background in Hardscaping Design and Management, he expertly oversees operations with an eye for detail and quality. When not working, Carlos enjoys family time, crafting creative party designs, collecting rare toys, and traveling.
Dee Paquette
Office Manager
Dee hails from Lockport, IL, where she continues to reside while expertly managing our office operations. With experience as a business owner and a strong background in agriculture, she brings valuable insight and organization to the team. Dee enjoys horseback riding, exploring classic and antique cars, and deep-sea fishing in her free time.
